French actor Juliette Binoche has been appointed as the President of the International Jury of the 78th Cannes Film Festival. It was announced by the festival organizers announced Tuesday. Binoche becomes the second woman to preside over the jury. The first woman to hold the position was the Barbie director and producer Greta Gerwig.
